Refund and Returns Policy

At UniNexx Group Ltd, we are committed to transparency, fairness, and clear communication in how our services are delivered and how refunds are handled.

This Refund & Return Policy explains when refunds may apply and how requests are processed.


1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all services and digital products offered by UniNexx Group Ltd through uninexx.com, including:

  • Advisory and consultation services
  • Digital services and project support
  • Downloadable or access-based digital materials (where applicable)

2. Advisory & Consultation Services

  • You may request a cancellation and full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not yet been delivered and no consultation session has taken place.
  • Once a consultation or advisory service has been delivered, refunds are not automatically available.
  • In exceptional cases, refunds may be considered where the service was materially not delivered as described. Such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Digital Services & Digital Products

  • For digital products or services that involve immediate access or delivery, refunds are available only if access has not yet been granted or the product has not been downloaded.
  • Once access is provided or a digital product is downloaded, refunds are generally not available due to the irreversible nature of digital delivery.
  • By purchasing digital products or services, you acknowledge and consent to immediate digital delivery.

4. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before service delivery begins.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Refunds may be granted in limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery
  • Failure to deliver an agreed service

Each case is assessed individually to ensure fairness.


7. Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating any bank or card chargeback.
Unauthorised or abusive chargebacks may result in service suspension and may be disputed with supporting documentation.


8. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
